House Hunt

First contact, first impressions.

It looks like we found our new home. The hunt was incredible. Fast. Everything so blindingly fast. One day we call Karen from Edina Realty (she was already our realtor when we bought Madison Street). One month later the house is cleaned up and shiny and goes onto the market. First day - 6 visitors. And a buyer who goes with our asking price. So 2 days later we drive the 550 miles down to Kansas, start looking and 3 days and about 50 houses later we have our new home. This time, Keith Pechak fromRealMax, was our anchor and guidance through the jungle of homes, prices and all.

While we where driving out of Kansas City, the seller sat together with Keith and via my cell phone we haggled out the final price and details and before we left Missouri, the deal was done.

It is so exciting. So smoothly everything is falling into place.
