Well, it landed in my SPAM folder at first, but the approach was uncommon enough that I'm copy/pasting the email here and so give them what they would like - a link to them on my site - even though that site so far does not have ANY creative jobs section next to showing a ton of "dummy entries" (but does have a few "true looking" jobs listed) and thus would be out of question for myself:

Hi, Not sure if I have gotten the first email address wrong. I am sending this email as i hope you get may it this time.
>
>Hi,
>
>I have noticed you had a link to monster.com as well as other job sites. I just did a quick look and didn't see the link to the my website. I don't know if you removed it because of the downtime because of our transition or maybe I just missed it? Anyway, I was hoping you would consider a link to our new site as we provide jobs for those on a professional career track. (I think the link was at http://www.marlyse.com/2004/04/05/meeting/ ).Our new page is at http://www.jobsearchusa.org
>
>If by chance I have gotten the wrong email address for the person who is responsible for updates to your website could you please forward this email to the right address.
>
>PS. If you could drop me a note when you have done it would be highly appreciated.
>
>Thank you in Advance, Peter
