Since November I’m going regularly again to dance which I personally enjoy but my body still resists – after each lesson it pays me back with aches and sores and I walk around as if I’d be 70 and going on a stick. It’s mainly Tap (great workout for the legs, but boy is it fast paced) and Jazz (my all-time favorite). Twice I joined the Hip-Hop class, the first time it was a disaster, that was the first week in November and then last night – which was FUN. Definitely seeing improvement I’ve made over the past few months and that is really cool to see – so today I’m taking all the aches and sores with nonchalance: who cares, I am BETTER and I’ll get even more so!
