ACTUALLY the comment things is WEIRD-er... more weird... than said just a moment ago. After posting I was able to SEE my 2 comments and it stated NO COMMENTS YET - and OFFICIALLY they where not yet added to the comments, I first had to APPROVE them (as I've set WordPress to moderated), and then the comment header changed to reflect the correct amount of comments posted.

I guess that in a way this is cool - people will think their comment as been posted... even if it's not. Or it is and only the title header changes? Then that would be stupid because why then should I moderate?

Let's see what comes out of it.

Basically I want to eliminate the moderation que. Else I guess I'll need to put a little blurb up to let people know what is going on.

Oops, just found something odd here on the page after adding the above comment: the line STILL reads NO COMMENTS YET - which is wrong... odd, older postings do show the right header info there.

Meanwhile we've updated the FINK install which in turn DID recognize there was a later gettext module, so now we have the version 0.10.19 installed which is the latest STABLE release of it. FINK took forever to update, but finally did - but still no go. Ran out of ideas at this point. The coder volunteered to check the stuff out on our server, which is really nice of him.
