WordPress Plugin: Notes

Notes : “This plugin allows you to keep notes in your WordPress Administration panel. The plugin will create a table in the database, but you can go to the options page and remove it before deactivating the plugin. This is a really handy plugin as blog authors now have a private place to keep notes on changes made to WordPress core files or anything else relating to their WordPress installation.
