Megan’s 10th Birthday

She’s a Halloween kid – so we had her party on Saturday at Kristy’s house. Nothing too loud and busy, just a couple of kids over next to her sister Shelby, somewhat-brother Brendan and her cousin Cayleigh.

We decided to combine the planned photo shoot from Sunday with the get-to-gether as this saved everyone a lot of time and hassle: Kristy wanted some family pictures taken in fall and even though it wasn’t the greatest day and fall seems to come with less color than usual, we found a spot where each kid had its solo turn and then the whole group together.

Note: The family on this picture seems to me very much as I conceive them and Megan on this photo is so typical Megan – I think it the perfect family photo :-)
