Falling faster than can be picked up

ALT

Leaves. Leaves. And more leaves. Last Sunday I spent over 3 hours raking and picking up leaves and nuts. We could open a factory, so many oak tree nuts have fallen so far. Crunch, crunch, crunch when trying to walk over the lawn. Pounds of nuts did I pick up. And that was only the FRONT of our house!

Only a few hours later it looked as if I’ve never touched the lawn, and even way more nuts on the ground. And within a day it appeared to have snowed… leaves. Literally. Everything on the ground was covered in brown leaves. And that was just from 2 trees. Looking up into the vastness of them, I see a lot of more leaves to come. It appears only to have lost at most half of the full bulk.

Since then I’ve been bagging leaves every day. Great outcome for Joan, who uses our mulched leaves to winterize her vegetables on the farm, but bad outcome for my bodily well being - muscle sores all over. Though it’s such a good workout that I’ve been even skipping on my regular workouts and still loosing weight.

If weight just could fall as fast as the leaves. Yes, I’ve decided “that’s it” for becoming more and more a body shape like average American, that is not me and never has been me. Since I’ve decided this, I’m doing quite fine and all is moving in the right direction.

Today is devoted to my new auditing room, driving in to Kansas City to pick up various reference materials from the SCN Org there, then some programming and drilling of procedures for the upcoming counseling which I’m beginning to deliver tomorrow. I am excited, even though the designed furniture is not all done, it is a working environment to begin.
