Leaving tomorrow and I’m scattered all over place and time.

Big part of it is that I’m exited and looking very much forward to the trip: Going to Santa Fe and am meeting up with my dad (whom I haven’t seen in a year) and my aunt Lisbeth (whom I haven’t seen since New Year 1999/2000), and Pam (the companion of my dad). So I am very excited about it all.

On the other hand I’ve been stuck head deep in my new art project, a painting called “Pay Attention” and it’s driving me nuts, trying to nail something specific down about the composition and message and am “almost there” but not 100% and trying to work out these last issues has opened a bag of flees and I’m almost back at the beginning working over the basic story setup.

Of course I want to finish it, get to the next step of the project, but this “just another hour and I’ve got it” has begun already 3 or 4 days ago. And I need to clean some house and do a variety (nothing major) before I feel prepared for taking a few days off.

Dispersed and scattered but doing really well (especially since I’m past my monthly migraine!) – YAY, something new to explore!
