Dear Friend

Currently playing in iTunes: Close To Me (closer mix) by The Cure.

Each time I hear this song I remember YOU, my friend. You were so good to me and I actually don’t know if I ever gave enough back to you for the kindness and acceptance you always granted me.

You were beautiful and kind but never looked down onto others. Not only did you give me these great, gray slacks for when I fled to Berlin to avoid drowning in memories and to live out my dramatization of lost love but also after returning many months later you then were the only one who accepted me for my beliefs and involvement into Scientology.

So many years we haven’t spoken – but you know what? I miss you and I wanted to say thank you. You used to love The Cure and thus I will keep them close to my heart too.
