It had to be said.

Today I wrote an email to support of Llamagraphics, the home of LifeBalance. Not much more to add to this, especially not after seeing the dedication coders are putting into iGTD and OmniFocus and how well those 2 applications are coming along.

I am one of those Mac users who has been waiting since YEARS for LifeBalance to add TRUE iCal integration.

In the interim I have lost DAYS with fixing messed up databases while going the dredded LifeBalance-Palm-iCal-Palm-LifeBalance path to get the 2 applications somehow and somewhat into sync.

Since years you promise that support is in the makes and OH SO CLOSE since end of last year (or even earlier) … but again, nothing happens for months and months.

Since years this software has not made a major jump and this is really a sad, sad picture by now.

Basically I LOVE LifeBalance and I’ve supported and advocated it where I could, but at this point I am more than just a little frustrated with the minimalistic support and improvements for Mac users, and your promises about iCal support seems truly nothing buy vaporware.

Truly disappointed,
Marlyse Comte
