A nothing to say day.
Kind of. Not a bad day. Just a day. With some nice little highlights.
Highlights like having one client happy with my redesign suggestion for their site and giving the “good to go” after the last designer had 3 failed attempts at it. And another client telling me while he is in a meeting with one of my bosses that, “you do an incredible good job” just as I am on my way out of the office.
A nice and relaxed dinner on the deck with some grilled stuff and a glass of wine - yes, how much I love summer!
Had a brief voice mail from my mom - it seems that she now began in earnest with her plans of coming to visit us in September; it appears that she will go from Cape Town, South Africa first to Zurich, Switzerland for 2 weeks and then hop over the ocean to come see us. The visit will definitely be… interesting.
