John, I found the number and corresponding information.

Make: WCI
Part Number: 903075-9010
Name: THIN SIDE TRIM KIT

It was the sales guy at Sears who found it in the book but they were out of stock so we bought it online from Best Buy => click onto GO TO PARTNER SITE and once there enter the first part (903075) of the part number (without selecting a brand) into the search field to the right. FRIDGIDAIRE parts will show but they are the ones. The last 4 numbers determine the color (we had 9010 for black).

There was still some sort of list to determine if it was indeed produced by Fridgidaire, it was part of the serial number or something in the stove which goes with a corresponding list and then one could tell. And with this we could look (if I remember correctly) under Fridgidaire and thus find the part.

Somebody ought to be punished for giving a consumer such a hard time and run-around to find a part which has clearly been stated would be "easy" to order.

Good luck!!!

John,

You won't believe it, this first number turned out to be a slim side panel but still the wrong one. But we where THEN finally able to track down the correct number and order it.

Myself, I don't have the number handy but will ask my hubby (who ordered it) to track it down.

Give me a day or two to find it and I will get back to you!
