Out of Commission.

Managed yesterday to pull my lower back to an extent I’ve never have before. 2 days of mudding had weakened the area already and then, while trying to get through a tight spot I had to twist and turn to sit down and in the middle of this movement I got a coughing fit – and the spine went “thump”.

Pure agony.

Just came back from the chiropractor. I’m out of commission this week, she said. Hugely swollen disk (area). Need to lay flat for days to get all weight off the back. Every hour icing of 20 minutes to get the swelling down. And some inflammatory supplements.

Oh, it is so much fun – right now when we are swamped at work with jobs.
