Not the traditional Swiss cookies packed into individual bags, but a Rosemary Focaccia for each family. Eight bags only versus the twenty-six from last year. Hopefully the focaccia stays fresh enough for a couple of days in these bags. Sent from my iPhone

Really enjoyed doing this batch of traditional Swiss Sunday bread. Had to cut the second resting time a bit short as we were running late as usual, but I was lucky and the bread did not tear-rise too much during baking time. They tasted great! Sent from my iPhone
